Sacred Food

Everybody loves to eat! Food is a way to celebrate life, family, friends, and the good things on our path. But did you know that food can also be a deeply spiritual experience that helps us create more joy, inspiration, health, and connection in our lives?

For thousands of years people have said prayers and blessings over their food as a way to honor the power of sustenance and to express their gratitude.
