Did you know that soaking up the rays of the sun is more than just an enjoyable summertime activity? Today I'd like to share 3 great reasons to get out and spend more time in the light of the day star!

The sun should be respected. Even short times in the sun can lead to health issues. Make sure that you always use a great sunscreen, wear a hat, or wear clothing that helps keep harmful UV rays from your skin. Enjoy the shine in a healthy and safe way this and every year!

Getting a bit of time in the sun every day makes sure that your body has the light and energy it needs to create vitamin D and other nutrients and chemical processes as well.
