Healthy & Quick Breakfast Ideas

Let's face it, some days we don't have the time or the energy to create the healthy and nutritious breakfasts we know we need. The good news is that there are some great alternatives that will get us through until lunch while giving our minds and bodies the things they need to stay healthy and perform well.


Here are three of my favorite quick breakfast ideas - try them out and see which one you like best!

OATMEAL

Oatmeal is a breakfast classic that often gets overlooked. This simple meal helps nourish the body while actually calming the mind and strengthening the nerves! Adding natural sugar or dehydrated fruit is a great way to add extra flavor.

GREEK YOGURT

Greek yogurt is a high-protein, healthy option that is often low in calories. Try adding fruit for unique flavor combinations every day!

GRANOLA

I love granola in the form of bars, but you can also enjoy it like cereal with rice, soy, hemp, almond, or cow's milk. Granola combines vegetarian protein sources with just enough sweetness to get your day off to a great start! Look for options that are low in fat and sugar and that only use natural ingredients.
